1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ROFLUP ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with ROFLUP Entertainment Pvt Ltd. These terms govern your use of our streaming service, community features (The Tavern), and merchandise store.

2. User Eligibility & Age Gate

Access is strictly restricted to users aged **18 years and older**. You agree to undergo mandatory age verification via our authorized partners (HyperVerge). Providing false information or bypassing the age gate is a material breach of these terms and will result in permanent account termination.

3. Content & Code of Ethics

We pride ourselves on unfiltered comedy. However, all content must comply with the **IT Rules 2021**. We do not allow content that incites violence, promotes illegal acts, or violates national security. Users participating in "The Tavern" must adhere to our Community Guidelines.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Access to "Uncensored" content remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

ROFLUP is not liable for any offense, emotional distress, or perceived "roasting" caused by the creative content hosted on the platform. Viewer discretion is advised for all content.
