Refund Policy
Marketplace Transactions
1. Merchandise
Refunds are only issued for physical goods if they are received in a damaged condition or do not match the product description. Claims must be filed via support@roflup.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Digital Content & Tickets
Subscription fees and digital event tickets are generally non-refundable. In the event of a technical cancellation of a live stream by the platform, automatic credits will be issued to your wallet.
3. Escrow Disputes
For brand deals, funds are held in escrow. If a creator fails to deliver as per the brief, brands may trigger a dispute resolution process for a full or partial refund of the escrowed amount.
