2. Cross-Border Transfers

No user data is transferred outside the Indian jurisdiction without explicit statutory clearance. We utilize encrypted cloud clusters in Mumbai and Hyderabad to ensure maximum security and sovereignty.

3. Right to Erasure

You retain the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our systems, subject to statutory retention requirements for financial transactions.
