As a publisher of adult comedy, ROFLUP is legally obligated under the **Information Technology Rules, 2021** to ensure that no minor accesses restricted content.

1. Mandatory e-KYC

Before accessing any content classified as **"A" (Adult)**, all users must complete a one-time identity verification. This process is powered by our authorized partner, **HyperVerge**, a leading identity verification provider.

2. Verification Methods

We currently support the following methods for age verification:

**Aadhaar e-KYC**: Real-time verification via UIDAI gateways.
**Live Face Match**: Passive liveness detection to ensure the person verifying matches the ID provided.

3. Data Privacy & Security

Secure Processing

Your identity documents are encrypted during transit and processed in a secure environment. **ROFLUP does not store your Aadhaar number or your physical ID documents** on our servers. We only store a "Verification Token" that confirms your 18+ status.

4. Refusal of Access

Failure to complete the verification process, or providing fraudulent documentation, will result in restricted access to the platform. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions terminated due to age-verification failure.
